Lightweight Portable Deck or Ideas

We are full timers and are currently staying in a location where we often get pooled up water making our site muddy - we have tried outdoor carpeting and because it lays on the ground it too gets wet and muddy. Looking for ideas on something portable we could take with us from location to location that does not weigh a ton! Space of course is also a premium. We are in an Anthem. Trying to avoid spending money on building a deck platform or pouring a concrete pad that we can't take with us and leave behind for the campground owner to later benefit from financially. If the owner cared about her campers - would feel differently. Pay a lot for little in return. Anyone found anything out there?

Pallets, covered with inexpensive indoor outdoor carpet. The pallets are usually free as businesses want them hauled off. Leave the pallets and take the carpet.

Home Depot and probably Lowes sell rubber mats that fasten together. They're about 3 ft square, 1/2 in thick and have rows of holes and you can lay out as many as you want. We have two that we have used for several years and still going strong. Noel

Good idea Noel. I had those on my boat when deep sea fish to keep our feet dry and from slipping on the deck. They work great.

I saw those at Home Depot. I may use some on my concrete for a walkway.

we bought teak tiles 12 x 12 that snap together to form a deck. With the plastic back they are about 1 inch thick and rain goes through them. They come in a box of 10 tiles, and found two boxes made a 4 x 5 landing area by the steps. We found them at The Christmas Shops in New England, but also have seen them at Bed Bath and beyond on special order in Florida.
