Living Room TV

The living room TV stopped working all of a sudden. No input on anything. Rebooted the matrix, no go, so I lowered the tv, took out the screens, raised it back up and reaching thru the window figured out the power for the Ethernet to HDMI converter cam unplugged. It appears I would need to remove the couch in order to get to the panel under the TV to plug this back in. Crazy...

Anyone else have to get to this power plug?

For now its wrapped around and plugged into the wall plug.

It would help if you had what year your coach is in your signature. A reboot of the matrix means you have to kill the power to the cargo bays. Are you sure you killed the power to the matrix? Once you do, the matrix then needs an active source to identify and play. Make sure something is active, otherwise the matrix reboots to no signal.

Thought I did.....obviously not. Its a 2018 Anthem. Now to go add a signature....BTW, the issue was the power cord came unplugged, the matrix is fine. Just curious if anyone else has had to find the outlet.

Thanks..
