Looking for our pepwave router to get the password

Just shaking down our new 22 Anthem 44 F . Looking for the pepwave router so we can get the password off the router. Trying to get the nebula app working and we need a password to connect direct to the coach for full activity.

Can anyone help in telling us where their router is.

We looked everywhere!!

On the 21's in was in the basement in front of the inverters. If they did not move it to the inside entertainment center, it's on the passenger side, second compartment in front if the rear tires.

Bro box is correct about the location. The unit will only connect to a 2.4ghz network also. If you don’t see the Winegard on the vegatouch. You will need to hold the reset the button for 3 minutes. Reset button on the back of the panel The name and password are on the back of the modem.

I initially had to do power cycle on mine. It is where Chuck said.

I took a picture and recorded the name and password. I have not needed the info after I got it all working.

As Bobby said 2.4 GHz is the only frequency the unit will use. I could not get the unit to connect to my main home network or the main wifi from my jetpack. Even though they both broadcast 2.4 and 5 GHz wifi. I connect the unit to my guest mode which is 2.4 GHz only. It works with my home network when in my driveway or my jetpack that I have in the coach.
