Loose Seat

hello, we have a 2015 Entegra Aspire with a Tecma Thetford toilet. The seat has came loose the second time on the right side where it attaches to the back of the toilet. The last time a Entegra tech in Tampa show fixed it. I was outside so didn't see how he did it. He reached behind somehow but I can't even fit my fingers behind the toilet & the cabinet. Any ideas how to tighten the seat without pulling the whole unit up?? Thanks bruce

Use a mirror or camera and have a look. Likely just a nut to be tightened. You might even be able to tighten it from above if the nut has keepers to keep if from spinning.
