Lost Power

We have a 2022 Entegra Odyssey 31F. Our coach has lost all power to the rear of the unit. Main Power switch is not the cause. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what you found to be the cause. Generator will power some outlets but nothing else and the same if plugged in to shore power. We cannot even extend the slide.
Thanks in advance for any help or ideas!!

I’m not familiar with your Odyssey and I wouldn’t think your slides are on a gfi, but might be worth a look that one’s not tripped.

Also not familiar with your Odyssey, but this:"Generator will power some outlets but nothing else and the same if plugged in to shore power. We cannot even extend the slide." reads like: The inverter/charger is dead.
Except I don't even know if your coach has one.

Need more details.

Because you mention "generator will power some outlets", we are ASSUMING you are referring to 120 VAC. If the same issue is occurring on shore power and generator, the problem is on the OUT side of the ATS or the main breaker box or wiring between them.

If only on generator, turn off and back on the on-generator breakers. If that is not the issue, next place to check is on the IN side of the ATS.

If this is a 12 VDC issue, please-- more details.

So the problem has finally been figured out. During manufacture there is a relay switch in the compartment with the 2 house batteries. This relay was not fastened to the side of the battery box and therefore left to flop around, which in turn shorted out the this frying the relay. Got a new relay installed and voilà, power to the rear of the coach has been restored!!
Not the 1st thing that has been found to be an oversight on the assembly line.

That's actually a circuit breaker. Good find.

There are just not a lot of owners with your coach on here yet and what is installed in each type of coach is so different that most of us have no clue what you are experiencing, so the passage of time and the moderators decision to keep you on this same forum is going to take some time to find enough other owners to really have a knowledge base built up. Sorry, I could not help.

Could you please describe how you figured it out. I have a fairly good idea of the problem (poor manufacturing or poor assembly) but I have no clue how you got on top of the problem. Did Middlebury Tech Service get you looking in the right direction? Did you just stumble on it? Did another owner point you to the solution. You will begin a process of establishing a base of knowledge to help other owners in the future.

Thanks for posting the solution. Will be helpful for other owners and I have learned when things just stop working, that there is many times a loose connection somewhere, and there are many connections in the electrical area.

So the picture I uploaded a couple days ago is in fact a breaker….for the auto-leveling system. It was loosely clanging around in the battery compartment and should be secured.

I isolated the issue by checking the connections throughout the battery compartment and while doing that the coach lights flickered….. AHA!!!!

Had a repair tech look at it and it is in fact the Battery Shutoff Solenoid that is bad. That is mounted on the left side-wall of the battery box compartment. He had said that although new, these relays are known to go bad regularly.
