Low Thermostat Cut Off

After another Tech failure and a third being too busy to diagnose the problem, I spoke with Aquahot myself last week. Asked if it was possible after being previously told not by a tech, if the low thermostat cut off could be bad? CS said it was ok to jump the LT0 and the LT1, everything fired up as it should and continue to run. They shipped the replacement to Disney, took all of 10 minutes for me to replace it. It is located in the rear of the unit. Remove the Entegra carpeted panel and it unscrews by hand. Reconnect the two wires and you are good to go, only hand tighten. We are back in the cold weather and it is nice to finally have it working again.

Glad for you that it is working!! Good catch. Thanks for your perseverance and adding to the groups' knowledge base on Aquahot! It is a bit un-nerving to know how dependent the coach and it's occupants are on the Aquahot and to have it intermittent in cold weather. Thanks again for the info and following up with the solution.

After several weeks of trouble shooting and having intermittent heating issues we also jumped, the unfortunate thing is that is a well known semi fix to a well know problem In the end both the low temp and high temp cutoff sensors were both bad. Also, seems to be a known part failing from the Aqua Hot tech that came out to install....it is a relief not to be constantly worrying and running out to check whats going on in the bay, not to mention consistant heat and hot water! Agree sooooo, dependent on these units!
