I’ll get you a couple of inside pictures. Just did a friends 2016 today. Added the 11/2 in slide valve coming out of the macerated on his. For whatever Entegra didn’t install that valve in the 2016s.

Here’s some pictures. Probably not the best, it’s kinda tight in there. The 11/2 valve you see is the one I installed on friends coach. Entegra didn’t install that one in 2016, at least not on his.

Thanks for the pictures, this is my next project, I have a 2017 Aspire, valve already install so it should be a little bit easier. Did you remove the whole front panel and the hose reel to do the job?

No I didn’t remove anything except for Entegras plumbing on the right side of that 11/2 inch valve into the small compartment. The rubber boot coming out of the 11/2 inch valve is for 11/2 in line. I used a 11/2 to 11/4 reducer and ran everything in 11/4 inch to the point of the male camloc at the end where I went back to 11/2 inch to match the discharge hose. You can use 11/2 all the way, but I thought the 11/4 would be easier to work with. Either way just a matter of preference.
PM me and I’ll give you my phone number if you have any questions.
The one you’re looking at in the pictures is mine, but the friends looks the same after installing the 11/2 in valve.

For anyone thinking about doing this mod, you might also think about putting a valve at the end of the pipe before the camlock. My 17 is plumbed like this mod from the factory and even though I let it drain and take the hose off and nothing comes out - inevitably by the time I drive and get to the next campsite when I pull the plug from the camlock I am greeted by rinse water that was stuck somewhere inside the macerator or wherever. Not a lot, but having an open/close at the end just before the camlock would be a nice touch that would allow you to get the hose connected before opening any streams.

Just me, but I would not put another 11/2 in valve externally.
Also my terminating camloc is male which takes a cap. I guess it doesn’t really matter, but Cruzer made a statement a yr or so ago that if you put a female in the flow direction the seal can be flushed out if you ever run anything through it not connected. Also mine is set up so when I disconnect the hose I can connect the ends together so moisture that might remain in hose won’t come out when storing.
