I’ve been looking to do exactly what you’ve done. I also have the same concern about the weight after measuring the length of the 3” extension. Looks like it’s going to run somewhere between 6 to 7 inches long. Last thing I what is to snap off those nipples on the drain. I’ll be at HD today or tomorrow and will be looking for some sort of hanger or anything that can be used to hold up the extension and handle the weight of the drain hose.
Paul,

I will also add a hanger. I didn't use one initially because I was using a 90 degree swivel fitting so I could turn the extension toward the rear while driving. Now that it's stationary a hanger is called for. May be as easy as using some stainless steel strapping and stainless steel screws. I think the area above the extension is plywood with a weather proof mesh covering. Please let me know what you decide to use.

I made a stop at HD today and found a 3” hanger for a couple bucks that would handle the pipe extension. But, I found a few disturbing things that needed my attention today. I’ve got another day of repair to my compartment doors before I can do any modification projects.

Putting together a few pictures of what I found and repaired today, but I think you need to look at the hangers at HD or Lowes....

It comes right to the side of the coach (no kneeling or reaching is necessary) and is higher off the ground than the Aqua Hot exhaust. I tried a 90 degree swivel fitting but the swivel portion leaks because of the downward pressure on the swivel joint when the sewer hose is attached.

The clear pieces aren’t really needed because the Waste Master has a clear piece near the end with the valve that goes into the ground sewer pipe. The Waste Master is expensive as sewer hoses go but far superior to anything else I’ve tried.

Are you leaving the mod in place 24/7 or are you having to remove it for travel?

I haven’t taken it off for 2 years. As you can see from the photo the twist on to the coach bayonet connection is towards the back of the coach so the wind under the coach as we’re driving actually keeps the assembly tight. It’s a little higher off the road then the Aquahot exhaust, so it’s pretty safe from road damage.

What glue did you use to assemble the end piece to clear tube?

Black ABS is what Waste Master specs.
