Macerator Hose Repair

As previously posted our macerator hose failed at several places starting at the point where the hose connects to the solid coupling and there are several other cracks for the next couple of feet. Apparently, however, you can just cut the hose downstream of the last crack and put the new end into the hard plastic connector. Has anyone encountered a similar problem and have they found a connector that will connect to the macerator piping inside the hose compartment and also allow me to connect the new end? I have been reviewing a lot of the macerator hose mods that have been posted since at least 2016 and some of them look very appealing and appear to have the kind of connection I am talking about. But, before I pursue a mod I just want to get my existing hose repaired.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Regards,
