From the inside it is a little clearer than the day shades. You can't see in at all from the outside.
I suggest you let it rest several hours with the magnets temporarily installed before you pull the backing and stick them permanently. We let it rest about 30 minutes and it could use more.
It's a simple install but I recommend you watch the video on Magna Shade's website before you start.
You can't imagine how strong those magnets are! Don't try to hold 2 in one hand. 😝
