Thank you so much for your response! Do you mind telling me where a good place to look for a lightweight outdoor rug and mat would be? I appreciate all of your input!

Walmart RV section in auto parts, Camping World, Amazon. Do get the type that water flows through. A wet rug is terrible to try to put away for travel.

If you use the Weber Q grill line the bottom and drip plan with foil. Makes for quick clean up.

For dishes and stemware we bought whatever it was that DW liked. They're NOT unbreakable and I assume someday we'll open the cabinet and be greeted with broken shards, but it hasn't happened yet. Once it's happened enough that we no longer have enough dishes, we'll buy more!
I bought Magma nesting cookware to save space, and am quite impressed by the quality.
We don't use a crockpot, for no reason other than we never have. We have a toaster and a kuerig coffee maker, and use both the range and the gas oven for cooking. Our microwave is also a convection oven but we've never tried to use it.

Julia-
As "brobox" said, Camco makes a fold-up "outdoor mat" that's sold in just about every Wal-Mart and most Camping Worlds. It's plastic and doesn't absorb water. Here's a link to the Camco product Web page. I can't say I like the current color and pattern choices as much as the one we bought a couple years ago.
"AndyE_" mentions an entry mat. I found end inexpensive one at Home Depot. It lets the dirt fall through. Here's a link to that.

I looked at my local Walmart the other day and thankfully they had better color selection than what Camco's web site shows. Those are ugly.
A Tip for carrying dirty entry mats is an oil drip pan sold at any auto parts placed under the front basement compartment slide. The drip pan will keep the slide compartment clean, remove it and hose it off to clean it.

Chuck,
Been using the drip pan from autozone for years-works great. I also found out it works great under my grill stand so there are no drips on pavement/pavers...

That space under the slide holds a folding table nicely as well.

Yep, mine is on the other side. Drip pan and entry mat of the patio side. Also had room for the wire fold up stand for the Weber BBQ along with the table.
All this talk....I forgot how much fun rigging a new MH is.

Under the basement slide tray, there is about 3+ inches of wasted space. Small fold up tables fit under there nice, as do the dirty entry mats on a drip pan.

What Chuck said - under the sliding tray in the basement.

We are going to be "setting" up our "Home Away From Home" soon and there are a few things I would really love to know from all of the Experienced Travelers on the Road.
Do we need to have an Outdoor Fold Up Table and Chairs for Dining? Or do most sites you rent have an outside Dining Table for use during your stay?
I am really hoping to enjoy as much Al Fresco Dining as possible on our Travels, and I have noticed when looking at Site Rentals, I do not see Dining Furniture on the Pads.
Do we need an Outdoor Rug/Floor Mat for underneath our Awning for use during our overnight/extended stays?
Do you use Melamine Dishes? Acrylic For Stemware? Do you recommend a Pressure Cooker or Crock Pot? What do you use for Cooking in your Coach? Pots and Pans?
Do we need a 50 AMP Surge Protector? Bought one, wondering if we need it?
We love to cook and are Foodies - how do you store your spices jars? Organize that skinny/deep pantry?
Any and ALL input will be greatly appreciated!
All my best and Thank you!

Couple of chairs that work for you is great - we also travel with at least 2 extra's for that drop in. Because we tailgated a lot in our past life, we had tables and lot's of the things needed to entertain - Now that our son has retired from sports we find little use for them, but that will depend on your life style.
Couple chairs a small fold up table for drinks and a lap tray works for us. I would say that most sites have tables for outside dining and if not you are on wheels. The only issue with "Al Fresco Dining" might be Bugs so you will learn and adapt.
The outdoor rug will help with the DUST which tends to follow us.
My wife prefers China - So we use it and glass stemware for wine (Makes no difference to me just need something to hold the ICE)
Cook like YOU cook you will have everything but the large oven. DW has cooked Thanksgiving Dinner with out the Bird from her Kitchen (dinner for 10 with everything just like from the stick house)
50 amp - if you have it use it.
Found a test tube spice rack that has many and is great, then just get as much "Stuff" as you can in there.
Generally speaking do what you've been doing and enjoy just being Mobile - why would you change?
Best of Luck,

If you are foodies, then you have really specific preferences for pots and pans when you cook. Don't try to change them because you are in a motorhome, it will only frustrate you. Cook and eat on the road as you cook and eat at home in the S&B. For us, that means some cast iron to cook in and nice everyday stoneware dishes and glass glassware and stemware. We do keep paper plates and plastic on hand for the grandkids.
As for the patio, we use a rug when we're in the dirt, it's a pain, but keeps the inside of the coach cleaner. We don't carry a table, on occasion, I have wished we had the room for one.
