Mfg of electric hose reel

Hey guys, anyone know what manufacture makes the electric hose reel on a 2020 Anthem? Mine goes backwards and the motor runs but doesn’t move the drum going in. I am going to take apart and most likely will need to order some parts. Thanks in advance for any info.

It's 12vdc, could it just be wired backwards?
Later...

I believe it’s made by moreryde. When you remove it, you can see the label on the cover for the motor. There is a gear that engages under the motor. Check to see if that is engaging.

reel

It turns out it is a shoreline model RH54 mfg southwire. Their website has an ask an expert function but I can not get on it and haven't been able to contact any dealer. When I removed the motor cover, 3 pins were laying loose in the cover. I haven't figured out where they go. I am sure this is why reel isn't moving. Bobby or anyone else have an idea where they fit? Appreciate help guys. Getting closer to getting it to run??

Southwire markets a clutch replacement kit (CRRK-01). Easy replacement. Here's a source. https://www.onesourcerv.com/products/southwire-crrk-01-reel-coupler-retro0fit-kit-black?variant=40168074117190&currency=USD&utm_medi um=product_sync&utm_source=google&utm_content=sag_ organic&utm_campaign=sag_organic&srsltid=AYJSbAd0K TeX0o_AEMLQ4cjKEkUYhHzLpj10bfhIt_8yDsMUyzrPwohBjYs

I should probably qualify "easy". The clutch replacement is pretty easy. It IS a bit of a doable challenge getting the hose reel out. Remove the screws holding the white painted panel and pry the panel out (gently) to gain better access to the reel. On mine, there were only three (the impossible to reach corner wasn't attached) of the four corners of the reel screwed to the basement floor.

Take care,
Stu
