I was told then I couldn't order a new coach and they didn't have anything on the lot that we liked so we left after 2 full days of looking and talking.

That trip didn't discourage us from our dreams. The DW and I continued to research and visit dealerships. Just last month we went to the Pomona show and were even more committed to the purchase of an Anthem, but once again no coach at the show rang the bell and the initial prices given to us for an order were way too high even for show prices.

Richardson's RV was good to deal with at the show, but the prices just were not where they should be, so we started to travel and call around and had dealerships from around the country giving us their first prices and then their 2nds. We wanted to buy from Richardson's because we really liked their sales manager Blake and they are only 4 hours from our home.

One of the locations we called was Beaver Coach in Oregon. We dealt with asales rep named Travis. Travis sent us a first price that beat all the other dealers. His price was fair to them and us. I am also one of those people that believes the customer should be treated right and this company rang the bell with customer service over the phone and price so far.

We ordered the coach and are now in the waiting period as some of you are.

We wanted to say thanks for all the earlier feedback you gave us and the private conversations we had with some of you. I have always been a listener and this forum is a great way for me and my wife to grow with the coach before we take ownership.

While we are waiting we will be running a 50 amp service outto our back yard (RV Parking area) in the next few weeks.

Thanks again and we look forward to our future friendships.

PS where is summerfest this next year

Bought the Aspire from MHSRV (summer 2013).

Everything went great. No complaint here.

Btw, don't just walk away if they tell you the price is firm and already discounted and blahh blahh. Of course they're not going to tell you they will cut off another 10k, but they will. ;-)

We bought our 2012 from them and have nothing but good things to say about the experience.

I just bought a 2015 Anthem 44B from MHSRV. My salesman was a nice guy named Ted. Recommend him.

They are selling Anthems and Cornerstones like hot cakes. Ted says they can't keep them on the lot. About 10 days ago, they had just received three 44Bs and we drove over to spend an afternoon looking at every nook and cranny on one of them. None of them were pre-sold before arrival, but I needed to talk to Ted last Friday and he mentioned that all 3 were now sold. That is three 44Bs in about a week.

We ordered our 44B about a month ago now and will get it in January. I believe the previous posters are correct that MHSRV won't completely custom order onsey - twosy, BUT they can then change the outside color and sometimes furniture of one they already have on order. We wanted the Boardwalk ( lite cream) and Windsor Cherry wood (darkest), and Goldmist paint (mostly burgundy). They had none with that combination on order. But they had one with the right wood and wrong everything else and they were able to get the furniture changed and they said essentially the paint is near the end and they could get that changed easily.

Their sale price was very good. Their trade was initially an insult, but my pricing from LD and CW for the trade was even worse. I hated to accept their offer Pout managed to talk them up a good but, since i was getting nothing better from anyone else, i signed the dotted line.

They sell a total of ~ 55 units a week there so they push a lot of coaches out the door. I hope their after the sale service Is not as bad as some of you have reported because my instate dealer is about twice as far away as MHSRV..... It is the closest dealer to me.

Actually, Tom Searle hasn't announced Summerfest III (If he does one this year, I'd expect to hear something in January or February). The Buckhorn fest/rally is an Entegra Coach Owners Rally. But it is a really nice place, and we found wine country in the Hill Country to be scenic, with great music on weekends at some of the wine venues (and even a little two stepping opportunity). A very nice resort.

And it isn't too far from Austin with all their venues. We had a ball there with our kids in October.

Sadly the timing for this event doesn't work for us.

I stand corrected.
