In our 2014 Anthem we have a Samsung Microwave. On several occasions the exhaust fan has turned itself on and will not shut off with any buttons on the control panel. The only way I can shut it off is by turner the breaker off in the breaker box.
I appreciate any help.

This is a common problem with the Samsungs. Call Entegra customer service to see if they will replace it. They told me to buy what ever I wanted and they would reimburse ($550 max) and pay labor to R&R. Put in a Whirlpool from Lowes.

A known defect and were being covered under warranty. You might check with Entegra if it's still being covered by the supplier or if too much time has passed.
I replaced mine out of pocket to another brand.
