Well, the mystery is solved. Please, if you see me at some point in the future, slap me.
Coming from my anthem, I assumed the heat and AC controls/readings were the same. They are not. In the Anthem, the heat light would come on up top enabling the floor heat. This is not the case in the CS. There is a radiant icon, but the heat light does not illuminate. It defaults to off. That's what confused me, (which is not hard to do, BTW). The floor heat was working correctly all along.

Yep sorry Bruce. When you turn the floor heat on the temp you set shows up in the button, but when the floor heat actually comes on you have the wavy heat lines up top.
