Montana 200 question

Anyone driven from Coeur D'Alene across to Polson, MT on rt 200? Wondering what the road is like or should we stick to I90? Thanks

A beautiful drive. After Sandpoint, mostly good 2 lane which follows the Clark Fork River. A little curvy in spots, but we have done it many times. Don't expect to make as good time as the interstate

The inter-web is telling us rt 200 will be at least 30 min quicker too!

Very pleasant drive. Drove it several times. There is a spot along that route where you can see Montana’s largest flock of Bighorn Sheep right next to the road when they come down out of the mountains.
