Most common failed Aquahot parts
I see for black Friday I can order Aquahot parts at 60 percent off on a particular site.
I am considering spares. I am wondering what parts fail most often so I can build a replacement parts kit. I have a 400 LP. In know most people have diesel but any mention of failed parts is welcome.
So far I have a flame sensor, circulation pump and a few other parts.

What's the site? Normally in an annual service you change the filter and the nozzle.

Nozzle?
This is my parts manual.

I don't see anything called a nozzle. Is it because mine is propane?

Wow thanks for the heads up. I ordered a circulation pump as a spare since they eventually go bad. Couldn’t pass up 60% off.
Thanks again.

Ok Thank you for that info.
I am having troubles with cold starts. I am in Canada and it is cold of course. If the furnace is cold I can not start it without restricting the intake air flow. hen once it is lit it howls until i allow more air into the system. I see the flame lighting and then shutting off after a few seconds. So I believe it to be the flame sensor. I cleaned it once and it was fine for a short period of time.

You are welcome. I think I will put it out there a bit more about the sale. Never hurts to save a few bucks.
