MudFlap seems too low and is showing drag marks

Anyone else seeing any issues with their mudflap seeming like it may be a little low? Ours appears to be clearing the ground by about 2.5-3 inches when at ride height. This is our first coach and it seems like it should have about a 3.5-4 inch clearance so that it doesn't kick up stones on our toad. I'd like to hear what you guys think.

I was told by Duraflap, the manufacturer of the mud flap, that 4" is generally ideal. At 2.5", you are too low. They are adjustable.

You are low. Take it up a link to get a higher flap.

Some coaches sink in the rear due to bag leak, and that can bring any coach down over time, but if you know that you are at ride height, and you are low, then you need to skip a link and raise the flap.....

If the mud flap is too low it can hit the ground on dips and bounce rebounds. This can scrape loose stones off the pavement and send them towards your towed vehicle. However, even at 4" your mudflap will get some abrasion marks on the bottom edge just from backing up wit the tag dumped.
