Multiplex switches

I just purchased a 2011 Entegra Aspire 40DRQ. It has the multiplex
system in it. I guess thats what its called. There is one switch for the bathroom
area that has to be pushed multiple times for the lights to finally come on. The
little green light on the switch lights up and the light on the panel in the
cabinet in the bathroom lights up but no lights. Anyone have any
suggestions? Thanks Kent

Call Entegra or an Entegra dealer and order a replacement switch panel.

Call FireFly at 574 825-4600, you may have their switches.

In the past, the solution for most owners with a defective light switch panel is to order a new switch panel. Mine are pretty much closed units so little change for repair..... other than replacement.

Thanks for the replies. Does anyone know for sure who makes these
switches? They have multiple switches on each panel but they are
older and have little push buttons turn on on the right side and off on the left.
Hope they are still available.

Entegra CS is your friend on this sort of issue.

True, A simple test is to unplug the switch and plug it into the bathroom panel, at least on the Classics. If it does not work you need a new one. Just got one this week, about $250.00 from Firefly
