I never heard of a buck board before. Is this on all the Aquahots or only the propane units?

Only the propane units, none installed on the diesel units.

I received the Buck Boost board today.... I was unable to determine which board was bad by visual inspection, so I had to swap both positions. And as Murphy would have it , it was the second position..... However the system is now operating normally. There was quite a bit of dust and sand inside the Aquahot compartment so I cleaned it up before closing the case...Thanks for all the advise !

Les. I had the same problem on my 2012 Aspire. Failed while I was at Ft Wilderness in FL and I called AH and within 30 min problem diagnosed. I had the buck booster shipped home. Arrive back in TX, and within 15 min removed old installed new and system back and operating as marketed. The proper test is:

1. Remove the back plug from the buck booster
2. Plug it into the front buck booster
3. Turn on propane switch (in bathroom cabinet)
4. If fan comes on the front buck booster is good / replace back buck booster
5. If fan does not come on reverse the front and back plugs and repeat steps 3-4
6. Again if fan comes on that buck booster is good
7. If fan does not come on using either buck booster then you might have a bigger problem.

Fortunately you and I had the buck booster problem...$195+ shipping and fixed. Take it to a shop and that would have been $130/hour + parts. So I figure we saved approx $200-$300 doing the repair ourself. Great AH service saving their customers money!!!

All the above is obviously IMHO.
