I never had the speech issue until I updated to the version mentioned above. Now I have that version and the first 2-3 seconds of the speech instructions are cut off. I plugged the card back into the dock to see if there are any updates only to find I was up to date. Yippee!

On the positive side, hearing only half of the messages, means that the messages are only half as annoying.

Been a long time since the warning of curve ahead meant that there was something ahead that I should pay extra attention to.

Brad called back in a couple of hours. I am going to the coach this weekend to try a couple fixes he recommended. He was really helpful. Now we need to see if the thing works.
