Need to replace HDMI cable
Found that one of my HDMI cables on the Lift TV was apparently broken by the previous owner. Can't seem to find how the cables are routed from the Matrix on the passenger side bay to under the Lift to the TV on the driver's side?
Anyone know how this is routed?

My suggestion would be to check with a reputable A/V repair/installation shop. HDMI ends can be replaced (as long as cable not compromised). It takes special equipment and training but considering the difficulty of routing a new cable to a slide, the cost factor would be much cheaper if the end can be replaced.
As far as routing, the only critical part is to parallel the cable going through the utility channel and confirm it can extend and retract with room while not being stretched or damaged.

I've considered repairing versus replacing but unfortunately, there is not enough slack to bring it above or around to the front of the TV to work on it. If the TV could be taken off the lift when it's up, there would be room. There doesn't seem to be a way to remove it from the bracket unless I remove the coach and disassemble the box it sits in.

Can you get to the cable at the bottom of the cabinet?

Yes, just not enough to repair it.

Can it be spliced to be made longer?

Is it possible there is a short extension on the end of the main cable? Some coach builders end the HDMI runs with a short extension. That way if the connector gets damaged the entire cable run doesn't have to be replaced, just the short extension.

Not sure I understand what you mean. It's not long enough to pull out in the open to work on it which would entail cutting off the end and putting on a new end connector.

I'll take another look. Didn't think to look to see if there was an extension to it, though it wasn't readily apparent when I discovered it was broken. I'll look tomorrow and post what I find. Thanks.......

I had to pull up the pictures of a 44F. I was leaning to the idea LT Dan gave. From what I can see would be to remove the TV. After looking at it, it is one I would call Entegra and see if the have a shortcut. If you have the fireplace instead of the couch, the fireplace is easy to remove, 4 screws.

Couple on a new cable and pull it through?
If the connector is still intact, you can couple a new, longer cable to the broken one and pull it through from either end. If it isn't intact, couple onto the other end. Have someone guide it and it should go through.

Turns out it's actually the SAT cable not a HDMI, so I'm not gong to bother with it as we don't use the SAT dish at all... We ROKU or stream from our phones....cheaper and more selection....
