New 2016 Anthem 42 RBQ from NIRVC

I've been reading this forum for quite awhile trying to decide between a Dutch Star 4369 and the Anthem. Decided last week to jump off the cliff.......and put a deposit down on the Anthem. Will be heading to NIRVC Atlanta with the toad next week to pick it up. Any suggestions on the PDI based on experience. I already have the macerator hose problem on the list.
Thanks

Congratulations!!! My bet is NIRVC has already checked to see if your coach needs that mid and if, on the off chance it does they will have it already fixed. Not a lot of them out there, found and fixed on he line after the first 200 coaches or less had been produced. Get ready for a great experience both with NIRVC and your new Anthem!😄😄

Congratulations on your new Anthem.

Take good notes during the PDI. In fact if you have a video recorder I would use it to help you remember how to do something in the future that you may have forgotten. It's a great way to store instructions.

Good luck and Happy Trails!!!

JR did our walk through explaining everything and doing last minute touch ups on little things he and we found. Will probably take about 2-3 hours. Also they encouraged us to call them later with any questions we had. Very pleasant experience.

Thanks for the responses. We have been emptying everything out of the Beaver. It is amazing how much stuff you find that hasn't been seen in years. I guess we need to change rigs more often. (NOT) Thanks for the favorable responses about NIRVC. I have done everything via phone and email. Everyone has been friendly and professional, not car dealer pushy. Getting more anxious to get to Atlanta to actually see the new coach. Only Anthem we have been in was one we saw at a KOA a few weeks ago. The owners were great with us and love their coach and told us how well Entegra has been with issues they have had.

When we went from the 40' Dutch Star to the 45' Magna in late FEB of last year we parked both rigs side by side in their show room building. Still took us two days of hard work and I ended up the whole Odyssey full of stuff and boxes all over inside the MH. In fact I've still got stuff in boxes in the stick house that we haven't decided what to do with. Just not as many crannies in the newer 45' rig than the Dutch Star.

Those things from your Beaver that you haven't touched in a while, are certainly targets for elimination from your clutter!

I'd recommend you take the time to browse through the entirety of the thread....Tell Us About Your Modifications...in the Entegra forum of iRV2. It's really informative and very practical for a new owner!

I awake this morning from a great first night sleeping in our new 42 RBQ. The bed is fantastic. Yesterday we spent about 6 hours doing the PDI. All the people at NIRVC are great to work with. Mike did our PDI and was very patient with us and did a thorough job answering all our questions. We spent the night in their parking lot along with Anthem46 who is here getting some issues taken care of. So far it has been better than expected exceeding my expectations. The few things we found that needed resolution were taken care of ASAP.

I'll be there tomorrow to pick our Anthem up following some repairs and maintenance. They are usually first class with what they promise and what they do.
