New Aquahot
Hey group, I’ve decided to replace my 375 LP Aquahot and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on who I should talk to or what I should buy and from who. Aquahot doesn’t seem interested in answering or returning calls or emails.
Any advise or help appreciated greatly, I’m moving to Cincinnati and need hot water in a hurry.

Go on Aqua Hots website. Click on a authorized service provider for your area. Call them and ask your questions. Don't forget to ask for a quote for parts and labor.

Thanks all, so should I be buying a new unit from Aquahot or an authorized dealer? Also does anyone have any first hand experience ugrading from a 375 LP to a newer propane model? Don't know which one I should be looking to buy. The propane side of the Auahot quit working because it was in storage and I was out the country for 10 months. Now the electric side has died. I travel 280 days a year for work but ehn I do get home I live in the RV and I need hot water and I also like to have everything work as it should even if I don't use it. I have the RV in Panama City Beach and there are no dealers or techs remotely close or available.

Why do you feel that you need a new unit? Your unit is not old.

John, I would suggest you have a local authorized AH service tech verify before you spend the bigger bucks to replace. Calling the number provided, they might be able to diagnose over the phone. He comes highly recommended.

I appreciate it sir, the closet tech is a $400 drive away and is not available to make that drive for almost two months. I’ve tried diagnostic troubleshooting over the phone and have spent upwards of over $1000.00 in parts with nothing still working. My time is very limited at my RV and it’s usually on the weekends when no one is available. I have to get hot water asap and I’m thinking at this point I just buy a new unit and bite the bullet.

AquaHot Replacement
Lloyd De Gerald is the man in Florida.
The cost of a new AquaHot is very significant. The cost of driving to get it replaced is not a big deal. Lloyd is the best.
In Cincinnati, Southwest RV is the place I go for all my repairs.

Definitely an authorized dealer, companies won't honor a warranty if not bought and installed by one of their authorized people. If your going to pay big bucks for a new one don't get stuck with a system installed incorrectly and not covered. Expensive item to try and save a few bucks on getting one a little cheaper.

Our 15 has a 400 propane instead of the 375 propane. You might want to consider upgrading if you stay with propane.

check www.heatmyrv.com He was an AH employee for years and has listed rebuilt models also. Admittedly he is there north of Denver just across the road from AH so probably a poor location for you
