The Succession II is a rubber backed high end commercial product. Cut to any shape you want, no binding needed, won't fray. Stays put due to rubber backing. Can be hosed down or power washed. Takes a lot of abuse. Visit a local carpet dealer that carries Shaw products to see samples and order.
