You know that there is a remote to unlock and lock the dishwasher right? In our Anthem there was an actual briefcase with the manuals and it was located in one of the cabinets in the kitchen.

Yep, hit the remote and it remains locked for about one minute and then you can hear it unlock. Done some investigation online and on this site, sounds like this has been an ongoing issue for many. And yes, our previous coach (Aspire) came with all the books nicely organized but we have opened every cabinet and basement door at least twice. I am certain just an oversight when it left the factory. Thanks

You have to continue to hold the remote button down for several seconds. You will hear some beeps during that time but if you continue to hold the button it will lock and stay locked, at least ours does. Just hit the button one time to unlock. Noel

A remote for the dishwasher? Holy cow.

We have four remotes to watch TV at home.

TV
Comcast box
Sound system
DVD player

I hate remotes!!!

And for the slides, and the fireplace, and the awnings. We have a shoebox size plastic box full of remotes in our Anthem!

I count 9 remotes, add one more if you have another sat box in the bedroom.

TV (4), satellite box, dishwasher, fireplace, slides, awnings.

The good is that you can put away 3 of those small TV remotes as it's one works all.

As soon as we put 3 away my wife decided to watch TV in the bedroom so we had to dig another one out.

Make it 12 remotes, there are also remotes for the bedroom DVD player, the outside stereo and the dash stereo.

I will try that Noel,,,,,,,as soon as I figure out how to get the power reset on it. It presently has no power which I assume is due to the drawer remaining unlatched causing it to time out/shut down. I was busy all day yesterday making certain I got all the salt power washed off so I can play with all the electronics now.
Thanks for the tip.

Remotes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Boy, did you hit a nerve when you brought that one up. It drives me crazy to have a drawer full of those remotes and to constantly be changing use from one to the other. 3 alone to sit down and watch t.v. Even though it's an Anthem and not a Cornerstone, I have said from jump street that is unacceptable for this level of coach. It should have the Ipad. Add this to my list of items that should be installed/equipped at the factory. It will go under the surge protector, water press. regulator, built-in double sewer hose holder, maybe a tire press. monitor system? Did I just push the envelope with that one? But seriously, when I give a tour of that coach, part of it is to open that drawer of remotes and everybody just laughs!Ron.

Oneal - in our Anthem DEQ the plug to the dishwasher is under the sink. I can pull it but my wife has to crawl in the drawer to plug it back in. After several times I discovered the "Kitchen" breaker also resets it. We lock ours. It it occasionally starts beeping for some unknown reason, the only way we have found to stop it is reset the power.

Thanks for the tip.

That was the trick Noel, thanks. As for the supply power tonight the outside TV would not work , checked and it also had no power. Turns out both are fed from the ground fault receptacle on the underside of the overhead cabinet near the sink.
