I called Randy at Villa the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. With my Entegra coach number he was able to tell me that the coach sequentially after mine was still in their system and therefore told him that mine had shipped. This is not the case. Villa does has a facility in Elkhart that supplies all the Indiana based manufacturers.
I am missing the Captain and co-pilot seats, the dinette booth and the sofa/sleeper.
Something that came into mind was a recall that was issued around the end of November for Entegra Reatta, Aspire, Anthem and Cornerstone for the driver and passenger seats. I wonder if that safety recall could have a big part of the delay? Here is a link for the recall
