Just picked up my new RV. Got two questions.
1. Can i only turn the awning lights on at the midship touch screen? There is no light switch on the remote.
2. I am parked with the ignition off. In neutral and parking brake on. I keep getting a random loud beep from the dash area. There are no lights on the dash. Any one else had this or or any ideas? So far Entegra does not have an answer for me. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Are you sure it is not coming from one of the shade motors? Sometimes they will beep if they need to be reset or if there is an issue.

1. You can turn the outside lights on and off, and do most other thing except change the HVAC, using the Crestron app on a phone or tablet. A tablet works best by far.

2. Leveling system turned off? Mine flashes a light but doesn't beep if I forget to turn it off.

I’m assuming the transmission is in neutral and the yellow air brake knob has been pulled fully out.

Have you tried a recycle on your leveling jacks? Might be a jack not up warning. Try turn jack power on, hit all retract. Key does not need to be on.

Can't help with #1, possibly on #2.

Do you by chance have the dash radio on and are currently in weather conditions that the outside airtemp will reach or dip below 36*?

I just discovered this one myself. Heard a beep coming from the dash area. Upon further investigation, noticed a magenta colored "ICE WARNING" and a snowflake symbol flashing in the upper right corner of the radio head, along with a short series of beeps. After approximately 10 seconds, the beeps and warning disappeared.

This happened while parked and then again the next day while traveling.

Lot of things beep on these rigs and certainly get your attention pretty quick. This was definitely a new one for me.

The loud beep sounds like the warning for the captains foot rest not being stowed, although it shouldn't beep unless the key is on. You might try turning the key on and run the foot rest out and see if it's the same beeping noise.

Give Entegra a call and run the shade beep possibility by them. They will walk you through a reset. On my 15 that is what ended up being the cause of the beeping.

Also try rebooting the 12v power switch. Leave it off for a few seconds. That fixed my shade beeping but that was on a Classic

Can't help w/ the beep other than to say I experienced it once and I found the source immediately. Just can't remember what it was. You can turn the awning lights (and under slide lights) on using your mid ship Vega Touch pad. Your awning lights can also be controlled at the panel at the foot of the passenger seat.
