Aqua hot coolant

I looked in the fluid sticky bit I did not see any specific coolant listed for the AH system. I find century green on Amazon. TF transfer fluid. It does not say that is propylene glycol.
https://www.amazon.com/Century-Chemi...70_&dpSrc=srch
What do you guys use

Yes, Century Green TF-1. The jug I see on Amazon actually says Aqua Hot on the label. Some have changed their systems to Camco pink, just don’t mix.

The stock boiler fluid installed in Middlebury for new Entegra coaches has been Century Boiler Fluid since at least 2015. Its color is either green or yellow (my eyes see it as yellow, some others see it as green, some others yet see it is a yellow green not surprisingly). Regardless, it is clearly not pink or red. Pink or Red is Camco, which some prefer. However, you should stick with what you already have and not mix Century and Camco. If you waste your time calling Century, they will probably tell you that they are chemically the same, but professional AquaHot service techs I know say "Never mix the two products" I believe them. If you do mix, you will end up with a brown, which can simply mean corrupted fluid, or the beginnings of a problem as others (Brobox) have reported. Also, pink/red begins to look like PEAK Final Charge which is the coolant in your Cummins, so you lose the ability to teel the difference between a leak in your radiator and the AquaHot when they are both pink/red.

My advice, stay with what you already have.

Here is the list of belts and filters that are on my 2019 Cornerstone X15-605HP Cummins engine. These were confirmed by Spartan and confirmed again by me. The numbers are slightly different than previously published for the 600 and may be true only for my coach but they are all "stock" items on the coach when purchased.

Secondary Fuel Ftr:___Fleetguard FF5825NN
Hydraulic Filter:______83804E

Wow, finding the Racor S3238 10 micron filter is a real chore.... when I finally found one, the cost of shipping was 50% of the cost of the filter. The confusion between the S3238 10 micron and the S3238P 30 micron is industry-wide it seems... I talked to several filter dealers and they were trying to talk me into the P rather than the S3238, although the filter currently in my just delivered Cornerstone is the S3238.... Anyone found a reasonable S3238 filter... (not on Amazon, not on some other major web sites)? Maybe I wont buy that spare and will wait until I hit Speedco the first time and then buy the spare there, and cross my fingers until I do my first oil change....

I also want to remind people the central topic of an old thread that cannot be updated that the proper filter for our coaches is the Racor S3238 and NOT the S3238P. The former is a 10 micron fuel filter and the 3238P is a 30 Micron filter. Also, if you see the word "element" attached to filter, that means it is only the spin on metalic filter, whereas if you see the word "assembly", it is the spin on filter and the clear plastic sight bowl that attaches to the bottom.

I have a ISX 600 and looking at my engine, it has a NAPA Oil Filter Number 400107 selling at NAPA for $85
NAPA's description for this filter is as follows:
"High Efficiency/High Capacity Version of # 7746XD"

Amazon has the Fleetguard LF9080 for $47, it has been replaced by LF14000NN which they say is a better filter, and it costs $39 for one and offers qty discounts!

Racor S3238 is popular in the boat industry and not so in RV and Truck. I found that boat stores offer better deals. I bought two delivered for $90. Try boatstore.com.

There is another thread on the forum right now that discusses multiple air compressors. Look for that thread. You are not going to get much response by adding this question to this thread.

At least as it relates to the fuel filters, we had Racor for the primary, but the Fleetguard for the secondary. Makes sense because Cummins installs the secondary and they own Fleetguard. As I noted in another thread, the Raycor didn't include a new bowl - the Fleetguard listed above does.

Working on my first annual service now, and since the Reatta's Spartan K1-360 is new to Entegra I wanted to add that information to this thread.

ENGINE B6.7 360HP (ISB)

Oil - LF3970, WIX 57182, Baldwin B7177
Air - Parker Racor Ecolite 062891001
Fuel Primary - FS1098 (no WIX/Baldwin equiv.)
Fuel Secondary - FF63009 (no WIX/Baldwin equiv.)
Engine oil - Rotella or equiv., (18) or (21) quarts (need to confirm)
Coolant - PEAK Final Charge, DO NOT vary except what is listed above the radiator
DEF Filter - Cummins 5312532

ONAN GENERATOR 8000 Model 8HDKAK

Rotella or equiv., (3) quarts w/filter

Oil - Onan 122-0833, WIX 51064, Baldwin B227
Air - Onan 140-2897, WIX 49697, Baldwin PA5658

Nobody else has mentioned grease AFAICT, but I went through every single OEM document on the USB stick. That's 2+ hours of my life I'm never getting back. Anyway, you can use extreme-pressure #2 lithium-based grease for everything. I would recommend getting something high-end like a molybdenum-fortified synthetic because it only costs a buck or two extra per tube, but you don't have to. Before anyone mentions slack adjusters, again, I read the docs. The top-recommend grease is something clay-based that, so far as I can tell, exists only in Meritor's fevered dreams. (Seriously. I'm happy to send the P/N to anyone who asks, and I challenge you to find a place to buy it.) Regular lithium-based grease is completely acceptable, and they don't say it can't have moly. Personally, I don't want to buy a tube of grease just for the slack adjusters.

Haven't found P/Ns for belts yet, and it's a rear radiator so it's frankly unlikely that I'm ever going to do more than check that they're not loose or visibly worn anyway.

Seems it's too late for me to edit my post, but it's 18 quarts.
