Maybe we can get a link to this pinned to this thread? I have made the document public so anyone can download a copy and personalize it for any year or model Aspire, Anthem or Cornerstone. Or maybe there is a better place to pin this?

2016 Anthem RBQ

So I'm in the final stages of acquiring a 2016 Anthem 42RBQ and looking for a list of of belts, filters etc. for not just the engine but the 12.5K generator and the fuel filter for the Aqua-hot 450. Is someone has that made up I'd appreciate it also any input of issues, etc. that I should be looking for on it. It has 10,000 miles. I have an extensive list for my current DP and that took many hours on the phone with Cummins, FL, etc. so it should would be easier if I asked if someone already did the work. Thanks

So sadly acquisition of Anthem 42RBQ didn't work out. After a more thorough inspection by myself found mice had not only got into the all electric MH under the bed and cabinets but infested in the dash leaving behind more than just their droppings. After further discussion with the dealer about latent failures and issues down the road even after they fumigated and treated it without a solid warranty from them we passed just too much risk but looks like we'll be acquiring a 2017 Tiffin Phaeton 44OH which we hope to be doing a more thorough walk through this week on it. So I'm looking for the same info for it on filters etc. For everything for engine, generator and Aqua-hot for this unit and another suggestions. Thanks and appreciate it.

Hi not sure your asking that of me but unfortunately the 2017 Tiffin had a major oil leak issue but dealer had a 2016 Tiffin same model with 20k miles that was in perfect shape that we ended up with. In taking with Cummins for my spare parts list I was told that the Drive Belt is Part Number 4937693. Oddly I've had a tough time getting my hands on one before we left on June 2nd for our 3 month trip back to New England. I'm hoping to find one up here but no luck yet. Got all my other spare parts that I discussed with Cummins before I left. I did have a Def Failure before I left covered under warranty Tiffin replaced the entire Assembly at my local Cummins Service Center with a Gen 6 but still debating getting a spare one since they seem to be failing as well.

T4 is conventional dino oil, T5 is semi-synthetic, T6 is full synthetic.
