Hello, everyone we are new full timers, and have a question to anyone out there. We have a 2014 Entegra Anthem 45' and have a question on the Aqua Hot system. It has been running fine the last 2 months, then yesterday the light went out on the switch, it goes out after 15-20 seconds when you switch it to the on position. We get hot water for that period then not hot water or heat.
The fill tank seems to be low on fluid, would that cause the unit not to fully fire up. Help it is cold in Idaho right now, and the electric back up heat will not produce enough heat to keep warm. Thanks for any HELP. Glen

If the fill tank is low you need to top it off. You will need to get some boiler antifreeze. Also need to look and see if you have a leak somewhere that caused the problem.

Hi Glen....

Welcome to the group.... Although I am not 100% certain, the low level in your system sounds like it could be the issue. I would check and fill with the proper boiler antifreeze to the correct level, then try again. Sorry I couldn't be more help! Travel Safely...

Hi Glen,

This is probably not your issue but with the Anthem and running the AH on diesel, you have to remember to have a 1/4 tank or better for the AH or the generator to run. Below a 1/4 tank, they will not run. Good luck..!

You should be able to get it fixed. I have 3 of them and would not have anything else. All have worked great with a little tlc and fixed one with a bad sensor.
