Yea, Stew, I found it also, and actually, you will see there are the numbers "1", "2" and "3" which means that there are actually three pages there, not just one. Gives you a lot of options, none of which I ever found to be useful the way we travel and the information that I consider important when traveling.
A couple months ago when I was struggling with a Cummins overheating problem, I brought up that screen with constant elevation shown, and it was very interesting to see my engine temperature go up and down depending on the slow rises and falls in grade in a state like Arizona, when there are no mountains around, but you are steadily climbing 400-600 feet and done realize you are on that kind of slow rise.
