It should be noted that an owner cannot order parts from the factory but the dealer or factory service center can. For example, on my 2 year PDI they didn't have a window on hand that I needed but service ordered it and is sending it to my home. However, if I just called up and wanted a window after warranty was over I would have to call a dealer.

I've used NIRVC a number of times to order parts and it was just a phone call and the parts were on their way from the factory. Whenever I ordered parts from Tiffin it generally took three tries to get the right part so I'm pretty happy going through an Entegra dealer.

I have ordered parts from Beaver Coach Sales in Bend, OR and they are very efficient to deal with over the phone. No sales tax in Oregon.

I tried to order parts from Beaver Sales (Oregon) and from Lazydays (Tucson), left messages and never got a call back from either. I was in Yuma, Arizona at the time and was going to have them ship a new brake switch to me. I gave up when neither responded. Very poor service in my opinion.

This is were the sticky that Dave suggested would really be handy. Someone has the name and hopefully the part number of that supplier. If was posted for all to see we could order direct. I am sure dealers do not want to be bothered with $10. parts, it's hardly worth the paper work and billing.

Tqqst,

Might want to check directly with Newmar on the warranty parts policy. They initially would not ship because they did not get the warranty parts back in most cases. I think they have come up with another plan on how to still ship warranty parts to customers directly.

In the past I have received emails a week later than others. Maybe it's Entegra processing a group at a time. Maybe those still under warranty will be in the latter group?

Reading the letter again, it is geared more towards those that are out of warranty informing us of the new program that we may purchase PDI's, now called Annual Inspection Record, in the future. If you have a scheduled PDI the letter does not apply yet. I can see where some might mis-read it and their eyes focus on the $129. and think they are being charged for their PDI. Not the case at all.

Makes no difference, but you may not be in their computer system. I suggest you send a note to Joyce Skinner at Entegra with your VIN number, name and address, phone and email so you will be in the system.

I am in the system, we have access to the Owner's Center online and our information is correct in the Owner Address book. I sent that all to Joyce as soon as we bought the coach.
