After warranty issues usually are up to the owner, but if I remember correctly Joyce did state that those with extended warranties could possibly be worked with through Entegra. They are doing an awesome job for the amount of folks returning to take advantage of their great warranty and services. We have always been treated extremely well during all of our contact whether at the facility, on the phone, or via email. A positive shout out to the Entegra crew of Joyce, Don, Jacob, Bryan, Janet, and others behind the scene doing their business as well as they do. Keep it up!
