NIRV in Dallas
We are getting ready to start shopping for a 2017 in a month or so and really wanted to purchase in Texas unless an out of state dealer blows the competition away. Wondering if anyone has dealt with NIRV in Dallas and if so could you please provide some feedback. MHS did fine with the sale and delivery of our last coach but the service has not been anything to write home about.

You can't beat NIRVC either in Dallas or Atlanta. They're the best period. JMHO
Call and talk to Angie.

Thanks Noel. I have not seen or heard any bad feedback on NIRV which is just about unheard of today. Is Angie in Dallas?

When Karen and I met her at Entegra, she was at the Dallas location, but said she would fly into Atlanta for deliveries. That was last June.

Angie is based in Dallas (Lewisville, really). We've been working with her for about a week now and she mentioned being out of the office a little bit this week but I expect she'll respond to e-mails. I've gotten responses on a Sunday and even a late evening text. I don't think she sleeps ;-)

Yes, Angie's in Dallas, but we bought our Cornerstone from her in Atlanta so not only does she not sleep she can project herself to either place. Noel

I have a 2017 Anthem on order due around the end of the month (last I heard a week or two ago it just got back from paint). One thing to keep in mind is that you don't actually "buy" in Dallas. The coach will get delivered there and the PDI done. You will then go with the sales and a driver to Oklahoma to do the paperwork and actual "sale". Since there is already an Entegra dealer in the DFW area, they can't do the actual sale in Texas.
So you do the Ok or fly to Atlanta sign the papers and drive it back. By doing the sale in Ok, you will have a chance to go do your own PDI if that's important to you.

Well, that's all news to me. I bought mine from Angie who works out of both locations ( email amorell@nirvc.com). Drop her an email and she cane explain all the details, meeting you in either place etc. All of my paperwork and PDI, finance ( my loan is with an Atlanta area bank)and tech fixes were done by the Atlanta staff. I was told that you have to take delivery from Atlanta as NIRVC does NOT have an Entegra dealership in Texas. Entegra will not even deliver to the Lewisville store so that tells me they all go to Atlanta. Once you take delivery you can work with Entegra to get warranty work done where it is convenient for you and a dealer who is willing to do the work. I know that NIRVC folks have told me point blank that they have never delivered a new Entegra in Texas as that was my first question and was quickly told it could not be done, all of this is my personal experience and opinion after visiting with others.

I am OK taking delivery in Atlanta as long as I can get warranty work done at the Dallas facility. I will give Angie a call next week and get some details.

That explains why Angie said she could meet us in Atlanta for delivery. I thought it was so we could thumb our noses at LD as we passed by.

I just took delivery of a 2016 cornerstone from NIRVC (Atlanta). We have owned 7 RV's and I have to say NIRVC is the best hands down! Best price (I shopped for 6 months) Best service (we had 6 employees working on our RV at one time). They are awesome!

Very interesting. Explains why the only Entegras in Lewisville are used (pre-owned).
