NIRVC is a company I most likely will never do business with.
I'm at a FMCA dinner the guy's from RVOne and Entegra Coach are throwing. Friends around my table are congratulating me for buying a new 16 Cornerstone order.
This woman pulls a chair up and starts talking to me about how NIRVC can save me $10k less than the deal you made with RVOne.
I tell her I've already given the deposit and my word. She doesn't stop.
I say to her, without knowing the numbers and knowing what my coach is to trade, you can save me money? Get away from me now. This is while my wife is holding my arm and my blood pressure is beginning to burst.
For 30years I've done my business on a handshake and my word. Being approached in this matter made me feel like I needed to take a shower.
I now have my new Cornerstone. Delivery went perfectly. I could not be happier with the guy's from RVOne.

Chuck, i understand your frustration as we've had that happen several times when we owned a Winnebago Journey at a local dealer in Mass. Over the years we have always received the best service from an independent repair facility in Ct. and have used them extensively with our current Allegro Bus. I wish we could locate such an independent facility for our Entegra but then I am more hopeful we won't have such extensive design/construction issues with our Anthem.

Regards Lazydays service I guess we're one of the fortunate owners as we are in Florida only as "snowbirds " and they have always honored our appointments and have on a couple of occasions made a tech available on a 1-2 day call ahead for a quick repair/adjustment as we drove past.

We'll let you know how the delivery of our Anthem works out as there are some add-ons in the purchase deal.


Off Topic and I apologize for that but some have been asking.
On another topic for those of you that are aware.

It appears our family , Kyle's parents in particular, but the entire family in general is dealing in a positive manner with his tragic work related death at just 21 yrs old. They have now told us it's time for us to move forward with our lives as we've been telling all of them. Personally we think there tired of us parked in their yards even though we alternate between houses and do yard work, make meals , run errands etc 😀
They are right but it is tough ! So we will be heading to Lazydays by mid week.

First, Congratulations! you got a great coach from a great guy and a top notch company. I bought an Entegra from Robin at RV One and the whole experience was great. I think Robin is tops and Nate is as good as there is.
I would have felt the same way if I had been treated like that. I know, almost positive, who that lady is and she does not and has never worked for NIRVC and they do not do business that way. If you will pm me your contact information I would like to forward it to Brett Davis(founding partner of NIRVC). It is my bet that he will call you and apologize for that experience and reassure you that the lady does not represent him or his company.
