I really hope that we didn't take the rep that you were supposed to see as we didn't have a preference and my only requirement was to get out before the connector SB got clogged and wouldn't flush.

Chuck, when we went to LD, nobody seemed to have a clue, they had us park in the visitor lot for the campground then walk all of the way over to the used lot, then we had one to really look at texted to the number given, after 30 minutes called the switchboard and waited for a call back. The Premier club changes midstream were the proverbial straw.

Same thing in Vegas... I called a couple months ago to see if I could get a few things done on my 14 anthem.. service guy heard me out and then said he would call me back to confirm the appointment.. he never did...
did sour me a bit on this company .. not gonna lie..

Just saw this and while NIRVC certainly doesn’t expect this it does show they really try.

Hey folks, a new customer, was thoroughly impressed with our efforts to get his issues resolved, and he’d like to show his appreciation.

That looks like an email the service manager was sending to the employees. I hope folks HERE don't think it is an invitation to the public.
