NIRVC experience
I just want to share my recent experiences of warranty work and Gene service at NIRVC in Lewisville TX.
We first met with this company at our first ECOA rally at Kerrville. We were pleasantly surprised at how interactive and responsive they were with us and other members attending. They made it their priority to help as many owners as they could with their warranty issues and I want to shout out at this point a tech,Paul who went above and beyond to ensure our problems were taken care of. Well to cut along story short it was this attentiveness that went towards making the decision easy for us on where to take our coach for service and other warranty work when we got back home to Houston.
This work included some paintwork that needed to be corrected ( undersurface pitting) and other small defects along with a leak over the entrance door and a fridge door change out due to a dent and also a small list of other things.
We left our list and "Rose" in the hands of the service manager Barry Ernest.
Well from the first day we were kept in contact on the progress of work to be done and before they commenced and gave us a breakdown of cost ( get this... there is a law in TX that does not allow payment direct to the servicing company by the coach builders unless serviced at the original dealership for us that would be Orlando......really???) also they arranged all of the necessary approvals of work. To top it all I had a quick change in need to have "Rose" back sooner than first thought. I called Barry and he managed to pull out the stops and achieved the date needed.
Well let me say this..... I have seen some excellent paint work in my time but the workmanship on my coach was absolutely amazing. I was told that the painter often worked on Prevost coaches and I could see why!!!.. Perfection!
Our gene was serviced and all other work completed and fixed!! One happy camper!
So from the check in staff to the service technicians to the service manager the overall customer experience was awesome!! So if you are in the Dallas/Lewisville area I highly recommend their work.
I have to say that Brett Davis and his team have an incredible company who's customer service is hot on the heels of Entegra Coach!!!

Steve, one of the reasons we (ECOA) have invited NIRVC to our rallies (Branson, Buckhorn, and again to Hilton Head Island) is because from top to bottom, they are the most thorough and conscientious personnel I have ever come in contact with. I met Brett Lewis at the Perry, GA FMCA rally in the spring of 2014, and when he found out we were having a rally, he offered the services of his company without hesitation. All of his workers are background checked and drug tested. They take Customer Service to a new level of respect that always starts with "Yes, Sir" and "Yes, Mam!" Their techs are trained and efficient, and persevere until the job is done.
And I respect that!

Great report, thanks for sharing! Just one problem, you go posting praise like that and they will be so busy I won't ever be able to get my coach in😃😃😃. Seriously, their techs have worked on my coach twice, both minor, first at Kerrville and then at the new factory ribbon cutting and both times I got the same excellent service that you described. Brett and his team "get it" and make a great team with Entegra.

Pat I totally agree and your last comment of "I respect that" goes with me to. The respect that you as a customer and your MH are treated with goes from the very bottom to the very top. So with that not only do I return the same respect to them but also the trust to leave our " Rose " in their safe hands. Btw when I got her back she had been completely detailed at NO cost to me!!! Now THAT is service!!!!

Thank you for the report. We are going to store our MH there later this year when we move, and plan to have them service and work on our Aspire.

I have also been very impressed with everyone I have dealt with at NIRV. I didn't buy a 2016 from them because I felt some loyalty to RVOne. I hope I made the correct decision. Time will tell. I have made several referrals to them as well as to RVOne.

Based on several experiences with NIRVC at Dallas, Branson, Middleberry, Petosky, and here in GA, other than Entegra and Spartan, we won't be going anywhere else for any of our service or repair work. They are top notch and professional, and get the job done properly and get you back on the road quickly without having your coach sit around for days or even weeks, like some of the other service(?) centers.
