No DC power on

When we setup in Austin the ac powered items came on line...ie microwave power refrigerator ...But no DC powered items...ie control of heat/AC no lights....When we turn on the the master switch the light comes on while we hold the switch on, but if we release it the power goes off .....Any ideas ? 2013 Aspire RBQ .... When you say "Master switch" are you talking about on the light panel --or are you speaking of the master switch that is down by the steps where you enter the coach ????? That is always the first thing I check when there is a power issue (my Westie loves to push that with his nose and turn off all the power).

Yes the switch by the entry stairs and the one on the drivers panel.....If I hold them on everything powers up..... It is like a solenoid that is not holding....Is there a 12V reset or breaker somewhere.....

From a call last week with CS at Entegra, the power switch in the stairwell and the one to the left of the driver (which wasn't ID'd on my Owner's diagram) have the same role.

Might make sure they are both on.

Well guys I bypassed the "Big Boy Battery disconnect solenoid and all is well.....I tried a few judicious taps with a hammer

To see if it would work on its own ....No luck... I guess I need to find a " Big Boy battery disconnect solenoid part # 00-00507-512 made by Intellitec....the 6a05 fuse look ok but it is hard to tell by looking..... Les

Talked to Entegra this morning....They had me check a couple of things to verify the fault is with the battery connector solenoid...They asked me if I was comfortable changing it myself....They are going to overnite the part ! ....They were very pleasant and helpful. Les :-)
