Is the propane burner lighting and running (is exhaust from the AH unit hot)? You should have hot water. The the stir pump for the Aspire is in the water tank bay (which does not have a latch on most models, passenger side, just in front of the duals, 2 screws on bottom allows it to open). Verify Zone 1 and 3 are on gas heat, and zone 2 (gas) is for the floor and basement heat and turns on the stir pump (basement heat controlled from the thermostat in the basement).
If all this is set, and the electric element and gas switch for the propane is on, and the burner is lighting (run the hot water at a faucet, and verify the burner is lighting and running - exhaust will be hot), and check the AH fluid in the tank to see if it is warm. If all above is working, sounds like a hose may be kinked not allowing the fluid to circulate through the heat exchangers.
Chuck mentioned the Buck Boosters, and mine went out and my burner would not light, but the electric side worked. The link he posted should have trouble shooting instructions depending on what you find is not working.
If you can, post more details - all else fails, turn everything off, master switch and all for a minute or two, and try again.
