No power to Infotainment Center/GPS in 2017 44B Anthem
We are parked at 50a site for last several days and now have no power in our screens in dash for navigation, radio, or cameras. It appears this is connected via a control panel B31over door but I cannot seem to locate a breaker to flip. Does anyone have experience with this issue? I have a call into after hours support but might not hear back for a while with the 4th July holiday so I thought maybe someone might have had same issue.

And you might have guessed it is actually a 2017 not 2917.

I'm not at all familiar with your coach, but perhaps it would be a fuse issue versus a breaker. You might check with a volt meter.

Turn ignition one click to the right and then toggle switch in photo.

One of the changes for the 2017 is they did away with fuses and only have breakers now.

Funny, this happened to me when I picked up the coach from storage on Friday. Screen booted up then was black. Driving the coach home, I remembered fiddling with the button levers while driving to Disney a month ago and turned off the display. Took me a minute to remember which one it was.
Long drives and I got board and started going "Hmmm...wonder what this button does?"

infotainment screens went black
I just brought my 2018 Anthem home. On the way, I changed to the Nav screen. NAV screen came up, but no features worked(zoom in, out, position, etc), and then the screens went black. The rotary button on the bottom left of the infotainment screen did nothing. The radio suddenly came on, but the screens were still black. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks, David

Reboot the 12v system. It is the 12v power switch at the entry steps. It will have a red lighted switch. Or there is a switch on the drivers console.

Maybe a silly question, but does the Nav feature require a subscription in order to work?
