No sound from Radio

So I have a 2015 Anthem. There is no sound coming out of the dash speakers at all. We had it a Lazy Days and the tech worked on it for a couple of hours and said he couldn't fix it. Said it was probably the JBL box and it should be replaced. He said he'd send me a new one. That was in February. Oddly enough, the outside speakers work and the house speakers work but going down the road we have to have the house speakers LOUD to be able to hear the GPS/radio. I've tried everything and now I am considering splicing in the dash speakers so that they are always on. Trying to find an installation manual for the xgs2na-x2 is impossible! I just want to identify the speaker wires. Any suggestions? I am very frustrated...
Thanks for any and all help.

You didnt mention it, but my first action confronted with the problem you have would be to call Entegra Customer Service in Middlebury and if the tech who answers the phone cannot answer your question, then ask for their fellow who designed the whole system and Entegra can answer most of those questions about electronics.

I have diagrams for the 2014. Not sure if they will help with your 2015 but if you want them, PM your email address and I will send them to you.

Jack,
Call Mike O'Connell at Entegra, he is the AV expert and was hired from River Park, the suppliers of all of the AV equipment.

I had to replace my radio, no sound on USB. It was an easy sit down job. Nothing technical about it. all of the plug in wires are clearly marked. Lay a towel down on the console so not to scratch the front.

Call River Park directly and ask for tech help. (574) 522-7781 They don't seem to mind the direct call and have been very helpful with radio problems I have had. Techs are Chris, Brad, Josh and Jimmy. If you get Chris tell him thanks again from me for his help last time!

Even better yet and probably easier to get a hold of.

Our radio works fine for the first couple of hours and then starts to sound like a record skipping as it gets warm. Our Bluetooth screen goes blank and while we were sitting in traffic, the gps tried to route us in an adjoining field and back. Factory said they couldn't find any issue with it.

Same problem

We just picked up our new 2015 Anthem 42DLQ yesterday and are en route home with exactly the same problem as the OP. Kinda tough listening to the rear Bose and nothing coming out of the front cockpit speakers. Anyone figured this out yet?

Ron.

Some rv's share the speakers with the television and radios via a selector switch. They can be in out of the way places. I installed separate speakers for my radio because I often forgot to switch before traveling.

Radio sound fixed

The problem with my "no front speaker audio" issue was due to the fact that the MS-8 (bigger box in upper cabinet, driver side) either lost it's programming or was never programmed at all. Programming is very straight forward. Just follow the directions in the first few pages of the owners manual. You do have to know which channels your speakers are attached to. My channel to speaker location setup was: Ch1, Upper left; Ch2, Upper right, Ch3, Center; Ch4, Lower DS; Ch5 Lower PS; Ch8, Subwoofer.

Also be mindful of bad wire crimps on the MS-8 connectors. I had one intermittent speaker traced back to a wire that was not crimped at all and pulled out of it's port in the speaker connector.

BTW, the microphone they refer to in the setup manual is the headset looking thing. You wear it while seated in DS and PS chairs and look in different directions while the MS-8 plays test tones through the six speakers. Kinda cool really. Anyway, it's all working good now.
