I just remembered I have a complete wiring schematic from CS, attached is the segment for the Xcite system. This also ties into the camera system.

Thanks for the wiring diagram ! The plot thickens as the left side camera started working without doing anything !

I have talked with a couple of other 21 owenrs that have said the same thing. Sounds like a 21 quirk.

Yeah, mine has given me the “no video detected” two or three times in 8000 miles. A 12 volt reset with the engine off gets the picture back. Usually it’s the rear camera view. Always a little nervous if I can’t see the the toad.

After some time spent checking connections and talking to Entegra and River Park. The consensus is we need to
replace the Connex CVS-385-01 black box behind the front television. $156 + shipping. I will report the results of the component change.

Well, changing the Connexx junction box did not fix our problem. There is one more box behind the forward TV, this will be the next component to be replaced.

I had a call for Lee at Entegra CS yesterday asking if I had found a solution for "no video detected" or if I was still getting the message. I told him it happened one more time, but has been fine since. He also told me several had reported the same issue, it comes and goes with no reason why. Entegra is aware of the problem, has talked with Firefly, but no solution yet.

Happened to me 2 or 3 times in 8000 miles usually after being turned off for a while. 12 volt reset with the coach stopped turns the camera right back on. Annoying, but not the worst issue I’ve had to deal with.

Yup!! The ole shot gun approach really never works. I prefer to troubleshoot down to component and then fix the issue, no matter how long it takes, and it’s cheaper in the long run….

So, will they take back the component that didn’t fix the issue, or are you out the 156$ plus shipping?

It's not clear to me from your original post, but, I'm presuming that your "No video detected" occurs when you're trying to display camera video on the Xite Infotainment display.

This is kind of a long shot and may not lead to a solution, but, have you tried to display the camera output on the overhead TV?

I have a '21 Aspire and it has a box mounted to the ceiling of the same Driver-side compartment that houses the "Red Devil" Vacuum motor and bags. it Says "HDMI" on it. I havent looked into whether it is a switcher or the image processor for the 360 surround view or both. I had the no video detected message and the rear camera was inop causing the 360 view to also be unavailable. I unplugged the multi-pin White plastic Molex connector attached to the box and reconnected & that cleared everything up.
Sorry but I dont know whether this translates to older models.
