No Water to M Bath Toilet
Our Master Bath toilet is not getting water. Last time we used it (1 week ago) it worked perfectly. Now at a new site when you flush there is no water to the bowl. Does anyone know what I should check? Thanks, Mike

Hi Mike,
Had the same problem with my rear toilet. Turned off the 12v, with the switch by the door, and the toilet worked again.
I'm starting to think that killing 12v in these coaches is going to be a reoccurring thing.

That is a double your money back guaranty. If anything that is 12V does not work.....reboot with the 12V switch. I have a feeling as the newer coaches have more 12V computer systems, re-booting is going to be a "must need to know" step in MH ownership.
If the reboot does not work, there should be fuse I believe in the inside fuse cabinet.

Mike, if nothing else works hold both switches at the same time until water level comes up to where you want it. That should reset it and the water level. Noel

Rear bath sink getting water? Also, one time I accidentally bumped my valves at the water tank fill cabinet and had to realign them to get all my water working properly again.

Are the lights red if so with the Techma toilet it will not fill up if the black tank is full or the sensors think the black tank is full.

Thanks Guys
I'm really impressed with the willingness of you guys to be of help, thank you. In this case I believe it must be the fill valve inside the tank. All other water works fine, the toilet light is green and mashing both buttons just produce a low humming mechanical sound. Thanks and I'll try any other suggestion. Also, the 2017 do not have fuses, all circuit breakers I was told.

There is a screen filter on the water inlet of the mascerator toilet. Sounds like it needs to be cleaned.

hard water will do exactly this except on mine it was the solenoid that took the hit after the vacuum breaker clogged. The toilet is a easy pull and easy to put back 2 bolts just use a new seal. I had a extra but gave it to kirk in fl. entegra mobile service team he used it the same day as he needed 1 the hoses are held by 2 pinch clamps very easy. you can caulk it really easy and well to with clear caulk when you are done easy on installing it doesn't take much torque you can always twist it after a couple test sits get it to settle on the foam gasket and doctor the caulking

Possible kink in the pipe.
We had a problem where we couldn't get the water level very high so the toilet never seemed to have enough water. It turned out to be a kink in the supply pipe of the rear bathroom toilet which I think is behind the wooden panel at the back of the toilet. I don't know for sure as Entegra fixed this for us and just informed us of the issue.
