On it's way!!

Well, the wait is almost over. I have received word that our new 2015 Cornerstone is leaving Middlebury TODAY! Should arrive in Tampa by mid week.

Giving LD some time to make sure that everything is up to par before we arrive early next week (that wait is going to be tough)! After reading the trials and tribulations that Brobox and others have gone through, I plan on taking a few days to REALLY look her over before signing a check. I hope thing go smoother or else I may be forced to bring out the "Automatic Weapons"

This coach is a K floor plan with the Midnight Pearl, natural cherry, and Topaz exterior. I know a lot of people are interested in seeing the new lighter cherry so, we will be posting plenty of pictures for all to see.

Congratulation Ralph. Do give LD plenty of time. You are doing the right thing, it is not snowbird season so there is no reason to be rushed. If they tell you, you cannot stay in the MH any longer until you sign the papers.....there is I believe a Hampton Inn right across the street. That would be the best 100 bucks ever spent until you are completely satisfied. Just my experience, others have been perfect. A suggestion if I may, air up the system and make sure it holds air by checking it every hour for a few hours at least.

I am looking forward to the photos of the new wood finish. We saw one at Entegra (maybe yours) and it was beautiful beyond belief.

Thanks for the advice. Your experience has made me a bit more skeptical of the PDI process at LD. Fortunately, we have relatives in the area that we will stay with until the coach is accepted. We are under NO pressure regarding a place to stay. I really don't expect to sign papers for at least a couple of days after our arrival unless things go extraordinarily well. My attitude is that I start paying for this thing the second my name is on the dotted line so, it better be ready to go, not ready to fix.

Not ever having seen the interior wood color, other than a sample, has caused a bit of apprehension. However, the closer we get to delivery, the more comfortable we are feeling about it. I think we will be very happy with it. Seeing the photos of coaches with our exterior paint choice, Topaz, has convinced us we made the right decision for our taste.

One thing nice about LD, if you have to wait for work to be done on your MH, they do have a lot of "free" classes including a driving class that qualifies for 10% insurance discount. Good luck on your delivery, don't let mine scare you, but do use it as a learning experience and your delivery should be great.

If you don't like the natural cherry, DW will trade and throw in some cash in a minute.

We didn't get a discount from our provider for the driving school for the LD class or the Spartan one which is even more comprehensive
