quick update; just ordered the arm from Ramco. Entegra CS quoted $650 and 3-4 weeks to get the arm through Jayco parts group, Ramco dropped shipped today out of stock for $324.
I'll say it again...***OUCH***

There is normally going to be a markup going through any middleman. Glad you checked the manufacture. It was the same way when I broke mine.

Calling Entegra is not always the best way to go.
