Thanks Stew. It makes it confusing when the OP asked about 2 plugs.

That and other reasons I am going to move the basement circuit breaker to the inverter panel. I am constantly puling my MH out into the open to work on something requiring the basement doors to be open. What a pain to have to run the generator each time...much easier to move the circuit breaker once. Another reason, driving across the NV desert with to power to the basement freezer without the generator running...why?
I am almost always on shore power. No difference. It's too cold to check today, but I'm pretty sure the AC outlet is not hot.

Ac outlet is hot. Any ideas what might be the issue? I have it set to 21 degrees F but nothing is freezing. Liquids stored in it are "cool" at best

If you have a digital reading of 21, it's getting power. Turn it down to 0 and see if it freezes. Put a digital thermometer inside and check the true temperature. If it's way off, Call Dometic.

Does the new freezers have the option to select either Fahrenheit or Celsius. Might be worth a check to see which one is selected. My classic has the option to select either one, but not sure about the newer models.
Just reread his post and he has it set at 21 F, never mind

Mine did that and had to be replaced, read 17 degrees but was actually 39. It was set on zero at the time. Domestic replaved it under warranty with two weeks left on warranty.

Entegra is arranging for a new one to be shipped to me
