Outside Temperature Sensor

I was getting erratic temp readings on the ambient air temp display in the dash and on the radio. Called Customer Service and spoke to Kelly. She conferenced me in with Riverpark and the gentleman there suggested they send me a new probe and software updates for the infotainment system. Now that is great customer service from Entegra and Riverpark. I asked and Kelly confirmed that Entegra is not allowing customers to install the See-Level tank sensors to fix the tank levels.
