Outside Tv

We have a 2019 entegra aspire we are able to watch regular tv outside but can’t get satellite tv outside. Anyone have some insight to get this to work?

Do you have Matrix? If so, have you changed the matrix output to "sat"?.

Yes, that’s on Sat but for some reason tv won’t let me change inputs

Try toggling though the TV inputs while the matrix is on Sat.

I believe it has something to do with the Matrix. I get the green lights but no orange lights. I have reset and unplugged numerous times and still won’t reset

You might want to by-pass the matrix and go directly to the outside tv. This will help confirm/eliminate its is/is not the HDMI cable. Once that is done, it’s possibly the matrix. On our 2014, we also have a splitter in the basement. Our splitter has quit twice.

If you do not have an orange light, that means that the matrix is not seeing a signal from the sat receiver. I had that issue with my front TV, and found that the power supply for the cat 5 to HDMI connector was unplugged. Black wire goes to power supply which is plugged in to AC. No green light...no power.
