Overnight stay in Charlotte

What’s the best place for a class A overnight stay in Charlotte NC? We’re about 65 foot with tow vehicle.... definitely not the KOA I read the reviews

We always stay in Concord at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Its just a gravel lot with defined sites, full hooks and a laundry. It can be quite a sight when they have run your own car drag racing on Friday/Saturday nights at times. Not too far from downtown Charlotte.

Edit: Big sites, many people there with trailers.

Ebenezer Park in Rock Hill, SC. It is just south of Charlotte and is a really nice county park located on Lake Wylie.

We have stayed at Ver-El RV Park & Campground out at the racetrack one year for my nephews graduation. Camping World Racing Resort is good also. This is of course if there are no events planned at the raceway

The rv park at Carrowinds Theme park is good for a stay around Charlotte. Spent a month there two different times. Just south of Charlotte next to the SC-NC border off 77.

Dont know how close you want to be but Camp Turkeyville in Marshall is less than 1/2 hour. We like it there. About 25 miles away

We have stayed at Carowinds Camp Wilderness numerous times in a 45’ motorhome. They have a limited number of pull through sites and interior roads that will accommodate your requirements. Quick exit of I-77 on the NC/SC border.
